Pumpkin Carve 2020 Sponsorships Available

The Hopewell Valley Arts Council’s Amazing Pumpkin Carve will go on – drive-thru style! To keep us all safe, visitors will view the outrageously carved giant pumpkins, and experience the fall festival vibe – all from the comfort and safety of their car. The event this year will be from Wednesday October 7 to Sunday, October 11.

We rely on community support of all types and levels to stage the Carve every year, but your support is needed now more than ever due to the Council’s financial challenges brought on by COVID-19.

Sponsorship Levels: $150, $250, $500, $1000 and $2500

  • High visibility for regional shops and businesses
  • Large social media and online presence
  • A great way for individuals and families to support the arts

Capture the attention of thousands of people from Mercer, Hunterdon, Bucks and the surrounding counties – all while supporting this year’s event.  Now in its 6th year, popularity of the Amazing Pumpkin Carve continues to expand, with over 3,500 visitors last year.

Ticket sales and sponsorships benefit the HV Arts Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and go toward carver honorariums and arts-related programs.

What’s New This Year?

Sponsors will still enjoy high visibility at the event with their names appearing on our giant sponsorship board at the entry to the Carve and on signs displayed with each pumpkin.

Arriving cars will receive a goodie bag including an event program containing information about the pumpkins and their carvers, along with a logo or message from the pumpkin’s sponsor. The size of the sponsor’s space in the event program will vary based on their level of sponsorship. Inclusion will depend on the sign-up date due to print deadlines. Presenting Sponsors will receive an additional full-page ad space. Platinum Sponsors will receive an additional 1/2 page ad space.

Sponsors’ visibility, through social media and email recognition, will expand as the Arts Council’s list of subscribers has grown to over 1,600.
