Join the Hopewell Valley Arts Council for the opening reception of “Conscious Being – The Power of Creativity,” abstract works by Priti Tandon. On display January 7 – March 25, 2026.

Priti is formally trained as a Physician and Anesthesiologist from Bombay India, and later as a Physician Associate from Rutgers University.  She worked in many fields of medicine including ER, Neurology, Urgent Care + Psychiatry.  After twenty years on the medical frontline, burnout led Priti to her own self-healing journey with poetry, journaling, and abstract painting as her path to self-realization.

Priti’s unique abstract style in mixed media, acrylic, gauche, pastels and water pencils is inspired by the path of Yoga, psychology and spirituality.  Priti is the author of The Trilogy coffee table books that feature her artwork along with story-telling, poetry and journaling.

The Hopewell Valley Arts Council proudly curates the gallery space at the Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI) located at 10 Route 31 North in Pennington NJ.  This space features rotating exhibitions throughout the year, highlighting the work of our local artists and promoting healing through art for the GNI patients. The gallery is open to the public Monday thru Thursday 8am to 8pm; Friday 8am to 6pm; Closed Saturday + Sunday.
