As part of Small Town, Big Read: True Grit, be part of the cardboard horse stampede. Ride off into the sunset wearing your own decorated cardboard horse! As part of the “Small Town, Big Read” community-wide event with the Pennington Library, HV Arts Council invites kids to decorate wearable cardboard horses at Pennington United Methodist Church, 60 Main Street.
