Design Statement
Billy is all jazzed up in his white and black formals bent on spreading joy throughtout the Township. We are all familiar with black and white bovine, however, Billy’s DNA takes him a step further by comibining three interlocking and distinct black dot patterns in one coat.
The coiffure has done up Billy’s horns and hoves in gold. His 3 inch bushie eybrows are waxed but he can not decide on red or gold for his mouth (lips) he will try both and then pick one. (Red shown)
Possible Enhancement: Because Billy is a “jazzy” ox, he can also play the saxophone. He then goes by the stage name BILLY SAX OX.
We will search for a used saxophone at the thrift shops, ebay or theatrical prop store. The sax will be painted with several coats of clear finish to protect it from rusting and mounted on a concrete block. We may attach it directly to the ox with epoxy.
Billy says “Lets party.”
